Edward’s public speaking engagements include the hugely popular and sold-out seminars he gives at New York City’s ROUNDTABLE CULTURAL SEMINARS on topics ranging from The Beatles to Stephen Sondheim. He has additionally been the guest speaker for many private groups, clubs, and corporate events, addressing a wide variety of subjects including Woodstock, Bob Dylan, Leonard Bernstein, and Hamilton. His unique presentations mix specially created interactive media and video projections with live musical performance.
Roundtable Cultural Seminars is a non-profit organization in New York City whose mission is to engage intellectual curiosity and enrich life experience. Founded in 2009 by Adriana Mnuchin and Nancy Becker, Roundtable offers seminars led by highly credited professionals on topics ranging from the arts and literature to technology and socio-political issues.
Outpost Arts is a new web channel Edward is developing on Vimeo and YouTube sites exploring iconic songs from the worlds of Broadway, Hollywood or American pop music. First up on Outpost Arts is Somewhere: Exploration of a Song, a look at the well-known Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim song from West Side Story. Upcoming projects include “Someone to Watch Over Me” (George & Ira Gershwin), “One for My Baby” (Johnny Mercer & Harold Arlen), “Blowin’ in the Wind” (Bob Dylan), and “Woodstock” (Joni Mitchell). Projects can be viewed in long-form, single video format, or as short-form, video chapters.
